Weekend Reminders for Oct. 4 and 5th

Friday October 4th

6pm-9pm

Act 1 Run Through: Full Company Called(all cast and crew)

Reminder: Secret Pal Forms are due Friday. Fill out your form and turn it in to the Magic Box at rehearsal if you would like to participate. Click HERE if you need another form.

Saturday October 5th

9am-2pm

Check the rehearsal schedule to see if you are called.

Remember to bring your lunch and water bottle with you if you are called.(along with your script/binder of course!)

IMPROV AUDITIONS!

Students ages 12 - 18, who have taken Beginning Improv, are encouraged to audition for a 2014 Improv Team! 

There will be an "Improv Warm Up Session" on Thursday, December 12th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm at US Digital (1400 NE 136th Ave, Vancouver).  The cost is $10 per person.

Auditions for the Improv Teams (Vancouver and Vancouver East) will take place on Saturday, December 14th from 10 am - 1 pm

 at US Digital.  

More information, along with Audition forms, will be available on our website November 1st.  

COIN DRIVE

TREK is doing a fall coin drive at Vancouver and Vancouver East to benefit the teens at Open House Ministries!

 Open House Ministries is a family shelter in downtown Vancouver, dedicated to helping homeless families restore healthy relationships with each other, with their community and with Christ.

·        Coin jars will be available at every class, so please help give these teens a great Christmas by donating your coins!  

 

·        This is a competition, and the winning class gets candy on the last day of classes!

 Please remember to bring your coins!

Saturday November 17th 12:00-4:00pm

Families that sell 30 or more tickets to our show receive an invitation to the Director's Event! Families that sell 50 tickets may have two cast or crew members attend for free. Once 50 tickets are sold, additional family participants(cast or crew)may purchase admission for $8.

It is always fun to go see the other shows together and support our friends in their productions.

We can wear our show shirts and cheer loud together!

Remember that each cast and crew member in Phantom Tollbooth Jr. has a comp ticket to each of the other area shows. 

Here are some dates that we will go see the other shows. Hope you can join us!

Adventures of Tom Sawyer- Beaveton Area: Saturday Nov. 16th, 7pm

Fiddler On The Roof Jr- Portland Area: Sunday Nov. 17th 2pm

Thoroughly Modern Millie Jr- Van East Area: Saturday Dec. 7th 7pm

Program Update

Program Goal

We have a program goal of $3,000 in advertising for our program. We are currently at $470.

If we reach our goal, we will have a beautiful color cover for our Phantom Tollbooth Jr. program.

Funds from our program advertising help support Journey Theater programming in areas such as venue fees, scholarships for classes or camps, and show overhead to name a few.

Think of small businesses you visit such as your hairdresser, vet, or auto mechanic.

Maybe they would like to place an ad in our program and have it seen by the many people coming to see our show!

If you would like to place an ad, or know of a business that may like to place an ad, now is the time to place that ad!

Program Ads can be turned in to the magic box at classes or rehearsals.
